broker treats the company as if it's his own never got back with me when he did said the boat was in storage for hurricane season total disaster I made an offer accepted then suddenly no it's not accepted so don't deal with these people go to yacht world find another broker in the vicinity even if you have to go outside and allow them to co-broker he'd be better off not using BVI... **Update**..Good outcome on the way .."Brokers boss read review, took seriously rolling out carpet..we hope!! Sellers, elderly, have been jacked understandably..sale back on track! Write, voice opinion, stand your ground, may end happily... thank you to all!!

Chris Burke, broker at BVI Yacht Sales network, did an excellent job for us. I've purchased several boats over the years, and most of the brokers I've dealt with have been less than helpful and often misleading and deceptive. Many don't know boats and are simply looking to sell it. This is a huge difference from Chris Burke, who has extensive marine experience and operated offshore fishing charters with his own boats. So he have the right expertise with all cap (Owner, Operator and now broker) He's is not the type of broker who was a washing machine and the next day decides to sell boats... Top of that nice gentleman going every single day at his Yacht Club because he love yachting ...
