This 3 cabin owners version Lagoon 400 is a great head start on a project cat. No interior water damage! Engines running great, generator, autopilot, watermaker, windless, A/C in all cabins, 3 electric winches all working great. She needs a new rig and the keels put back on and some minor fibreglass repairs on topsides and cabin top. Lifelines and davits damaged. One rudder shaft was bent. The owner has been running it on one with no issues. Hulls have been repaired with epoxy to allow relocation to a boat yard to complete the repairs.
