BVI Yacht Sales Overview
What do you get when you add legendary build quality and timeless classic design to continuous careful owner care?
You get Cadenza; A true classic and fantastic offshore sailing yacht. If you are searching for a beautiful constructed classic with a semi modern yet conservative hull form and unquestionably one of the best built cruising yachts of all time, please take a careful look at Cadenza. Her tried and true lines and intelligently laid out interior layout, combines with an easily handled sail plan to produce a sailing yacht like no other. Beautiful from any angle at anchor and seakindly even in big seas, this well-mannered and brilliantly conceived yacht has the ability to take you far and wide and will surely be one of the most beautiful yachts in any anchorage you visit.
She was in dry storage at Nanny Cay when Hurricane Irma dis-masted the boat. She has sat in storage since, with the mast remnants in the mast rack. The bottom half of the spar is not usable, but the fittings and rigging are mostly there. A used mast set up with new rigging etc can be had here locally for around $20,000 or new for around $30,000. The boat also needs topside repaint, deck repaint and interior refinishing. The motor has been started and run on a regular basis over the past two years and the boat has been cleaned a few times inside and out as well. She is an excellent boat and ideal for a hands on DIY fixer upper, but will not be a good choice for someone that needs to hire the boatyard to do the refit.
