A 14 foot beam, which means the boat can be trucked anywhere in the country, hauled out of the water with a standard size travel lift and kept in a standard size slip.

A 34 inch draft that allows the boat to be pulled up right next to a beach or anchored in small, protected coves.

Costing no more than an average mid-size monohull, the Gemini Legacy 35 has more interior volume than most 40-foot monohulls

Really this sale went perfectly for us, and the primary reason for that is Chesnee Cogswell matched us with the perfect buyers for our boat. I’ve own boats for 40+ years. I bought my boat in USVI while living in Seattle. My broker “Ocean” went way beyond what a normal broker would do. He crawled through the entire boat filming everything and sending it to me. When we had the normal problems that occurred during the buying process he solve them quickly. Chesnee Cogswell is the consummate modern yacht broker. Always available and always responsive with near immediate responses, he is comfortable using all modern communication tools, making international communication (What’s App, etc.) a breeze. He’s very knowledgeable about international/ different country sales; always there with frank assessments and communications. I bought a Leopard 45 sight unseen from Chesnee based on his descriptions, detailed photos and frank disclosures. I was not disappointed. He made the entire process very smooth. What can I say - buying a boat at anytime is a bit crazy. Buying a boat during a pandemic is a little crazier. We are Florida based and fell in love with Hunter 460s. After searching high and low, the best we could find was with BVI. Due to the pandemic, we cannot enter the island to visit her. Chesnee went above and beyond to make us comfortable with video calls and virtual tours. After a few short weeks - a new paint job- and a few repairs - BVI had our boat delivered to USVI. We picked her up this week and she is as beautiful as expected and equipped for the passage back to Florida. I highly recommend Chesnee and team for your boat needs. As crazy as it is - they were honest - and I'm happy to buy my boat virtually. They took care of us and are overall a A+++++ team! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
