Hull Design
- The hull is made of composite materials designed for light weight, structural strength, and durability
- Layers of fine mat are hand laid into the mold over the gelcoat layer to avoid "print through" of the structural layup
- The bow areas are reportedly reinforced with 6-10 layers of Kevlar with E-glass woven roving used in the hull lay-up
- The vessel has a foam-filled double bottom with foam-filled hull sides above the waterline which should allow the boat to continue to flow despite a severe impact with a foreign object.
- Six watertight bulkheads of fiberglass-reinforced composite materials are installed to provide grid-like strength to the individual hulls,
- The exterior deck gelcoated surfaces are in excellent condition with only very minor gelcoat crazing and stress cracking
- Topsides polished 2023
- New Decals 2023
