- Hull Construction: Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) ? solid laminate (monolithic). The hull is hand-laid fiberglass.
- Framing: A built-in Internal Grid Unit (IGU) is bonded and laminated to the hull at intervals. Its structural role is to absorb the stresses at pressure points (keel, rudder etc.) and it spreads any loads reducing the strain on the hull. Plywood bulkheads rest in liner recesses and are bonded to the upper hull with fiberglass tabbing. Semi-bulkheads are attached with a structural adhesive.
